Sew Jules is currently an on-line shop sending lovely packages all over Canada! It is my dream to one day have a little shop where I can spend my time surrounded by pretty fabrics and handmade goodies.
What is the difference between yards and metres?
Sew Jules fabrics are sold by the metre. 1 metre = 1.09 of a yard.

Will my handmade item be perfect?
Each piece is handcrafted and may have slight variations which provide character - not flaws.
What form of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed through PayPal. You may choose to pay with your PayPal account or pay with your Credit Card through the PayPal website without an account.
Do I need a PayPal Account to make a purchase?
No - you do not need a PayPal Account. You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card through the PayPal website without a PayPal Account.
Is my personal information safe?
Sew Jules uses PayPal for all payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using Secure Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are mailed out within 1-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
Please contact me right away if your shipment has arrived and it is incorrect, damaged or incomplete so that I can make it right. Missing, incorrect or damaged items will be replaced promptly and at the expense of Sew Jules. Of course I hope you will love everything you receive from Sew Jules - but if for some reason you are not entirely happy please contact me for instructions on how to return/exchange your products. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How are items shipped?
All orders are shipped by Canada Post Regular Mail and Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout. If you require rush shipping, I will advise you of the additional charge prior to shipping.
